This Joint Duty assignment is a virtual assignment until the re-opening of offices. Once offices open, this Joint Duty assignment will be located at the USCG HQ (Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC). In a virtual Joint Duty assignment, the employee works from the employing office (physically) or teleworks from home full-time, a standard 40-hour work week.

Serves as the technical advisor on language requirements and program design and sustainment in regard to HLT.
Benchmarks best practices, researches and interprets language training data, reports findings to agency stake holders.
Coordinates with members of DHS, DOD, Intelligence Community, and other HQ staff in order to determine strategy and processes to further service goals.
