- Analyze privacy laws, regulations, policies, situations, and trends.
- Identify and assist with review and adjudication of complex, high profile and high-risk programs.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, lead, counsel, and evaluate performance of subordinate staff.
- Develop and document findings, conclusions, and recommendations, included in the final report for execution by the Chief Privacy Officer.
