Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Knowledge Management Division (KMD), Washington, DC.

As a Management and Program Analyst you will perform duties such as:
- Serve as an expert analyst and lead Property Custodian for headquarters personnel and oversee the Knowledge Management Division Asset Management Portfolio and be responsible for directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing a major segment of the Knowledge Management Division Portfolio
- Serve as an expert analyst and participate in the evaluation of internal administrative programs, systems and methods and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these services
- Serve as an expert analyst and/or advisor to executive management on budget methodology and control; statistical research and performance measurement; information systems; management techniques and theories, organizational structure; planning and control systems; and public and congressional liaison
- Serve as a senior advisor when representing OPLA at meetings and conferences, as directed by the supervisor, and maintain liaison with members of the executive staffs of ICE, as well as with Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Management and Budget (OMB), U.S. Government Accountability Office (U.S. GAO), and Congressional Committee staffs, as appropriate.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
